PFP Shirts

PFP has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7 George Street, Yonkers, NY, 10707If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected].Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Subscription Based Services to Libraries

PFP Strength and Conditioning LLC strives to provide excellent service to all of our subscribers. We appreciate your support and trust in our subscription-based services. Please carefully review the following "No Refund" policy before subscribing:Subscription Fees:
Upon subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as outlined at the time of purchase. This fee is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion or agreement.
Automatic Renewal:
Our subscription plans are set to renew automatically at the end of the subscription period, unless you choose to cancel your subscription THREE (3) DAYS before the renewal date. Once the subscription renews, the subscription fee is non-refundable.
Cancelation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do it THREE (3) DAYS before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the current subscription period once it has commenced.
Non-transferable:
Subscription fees are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. They cannot be transferred to another subscription plan or user account.
Service Termination:
PFP Strength and Conditioning LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the service at any time for violation of our terms of service or for any other reason deemed appropriate by PFP Strength and Conditioning LLC. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Changes to the Policy:
PFP Strength and Conditioning LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or change this "No Refund" policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying subscribers through other appropriate channels.
